This study suggests to the Reserve Bank of India to go for the coordination intervention with developing countries in order to reduce the exchange rate volatility without reducing the foreign exchange reserves. Moreover, the RBI reduces the cost of holding the foreign exchange reserves. So that it will enhance the exchange rate stability and enhance the export competitiveness.
